Delivery

We at g.a.l creating most of our clothes to order. Through this, we are reducing waste and no garments are created unless there is a demand for them. When your products are ready, we will send them as soon as we can. It usually takes between 3-8 days to receive your unique delivery from us if you live in Sweden and 7-14 days if you live outside Sweden's borders. We can currently deliver to a lot of countries, but due to customs regulations we are not allowed to deliver to certain countries outside the European Union. If you have a request about whether we send to a specific place, contact us before you order. Please be aware that orders outside the European Union may be subject to tariffs and charges, which you as a customer have to pay.

 

We send your order with DHL or Postnord delivery service depending on destination, you will always able to track your order. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

 

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to DHL/Postnord and report a damage. Do not retrieve a damaged package. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of DHL/Postnord, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with DHL/Postnord cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work with handling the goods. Please feel free to check your clothes when you have received them. If you discover that a garment is defective, you should contact us as soon as possible with a formal complaint.

 

The shipping cost for an order is charged according to the actual weight - this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout. Pricing takes place according to the post office's postage table for letters and packages. For order values ​​exceeding SEK1000, we offer the shipping cost within Sweden and orders over SEK1500 within Europe. Unfortunately, we always must charge for shipping outside the European Union.

 

Return Policies & Complaints

You can change a garment if it does not fit. However, we encourage you to check our measurement tables before you order, and we will increase the chance of avoiding unnecessary transportations. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want help with sizes.

 

We follow the law on Distance Contracts Act according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without stating any reason. Let us know as soon as possible if you want to return or exchange your item, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item.

 

Since you can order garments with special requests from us at g.a.l, we want you to be aware that the Distance Contracts Act does not apply to these specially ordered goods. However, we are open to communication if you are not satisfied with your garments, contact us immediately for a return request or if you want your garment adjusted.

 

We always strive to improve the quality of our clothes. We therefore always encourage you to contact us if you feel that something in the garment has a defect that you think we can improve. You have a 1-year guarantee on the products you buy. If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, we will offer adjustment of the garment or send a new one to you if the garment cannot be repaired. However, the guarantee does not apply to wear and tear damage that you have caused yourself. You pay the return shipping costs yourself. For repayment - please let us know how to repay you.

 

Payment options

- Debit or Credit card

You can choose to pay directly with a debit card. If you want to pay directly, choose this method at checkout.

 

- Invoice

You can choose to pay with Invoice. You can then first get your gear home and try them on before you pay them. More information will be sent in an email if this payment method is chosen.

 

- Credit

You can choose to pay by credit. You can then first get your gear home and try them on before you pay them. Choose the option that suits you best at checkout. More information will be sent in an email if this payment method is chosen.

 

- Swish

We offer Swish payment for our customers in Sweden. If you want to pay with Swish, select this option at check-out at checkout.

 

Colors

We cannot guarantee that the colors in the web shop reflect the product in detail. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on your computer or phone screen, graphics card and computer settings. We always strive to photograph in different environments and on different body shapes in order to guide our customers as truthfully as possible. If you have any questions about the colors let us know.

 

Minimum Order

We do not have any minimum order amount. If you want to order a Scrunchy, you are welcome to do it but be aware of the higher shipping cost outside Sweden.

 

The Personal Data Act

Your personal data is handled in accordance with current provisions in the Personal Data Act (PUL).

 

Dispute

Any disputes primarily resolve in a discussion with us, contact us through e-mail. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board and otherwise refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
